“Stefani is absolutely amazing. I always felt heard, supported, and respected throughout our sessions. It was easy to be myself, and she completely accepted that.”
Selena D.
“I really enjoyed my therapy sessions with Stefani. She’s such a kind and genuine person who truly wants to help you through your darkest moments. She helped me talk through my feelings and accepted my emotions with no judgment. She often reminded me that my feelings were valid and that it was simply a process of working through them. I would definitely return to therapy with her when I need support again.”

FAQs

The most common questions

LGBTQ+ safe therapist understands the unique experiences of the LGBTQ+ community  (such as coming out, identity, or discrimination) and integrates this awareness into every session.

Yes. Online therapy offers the same depth and effectiveness, with added flexibility and privacy. It’s ideal if you live far away, prefer discretion, or have a busy schedule.

Not at all. You don’t need any labels to receive support. Therapy is a space for self-exploration, whether you’re questioning, unsure, or simply looking to understand yourself better.

We can address topics such as anxiety, self-esteem, identity, relationships, coming out, internalized shame, family conflict, and emotional well-being; all through an affirming LGBTQ+ lens.

Absolutely. As a trans-friendly therapist, I provide respectful, informed support for trans and non-binary individuals at any stage of their journey, including transition and identity exploration.

A truly gay-friendly therapist is trained and experienced in LGBTQ+ issues, uses inclusive language, respects all identities, and actively affirms your orientation and relationships, not just “tolerates” them.

Sessions usually last 50 minutes. Frequency depends on your goals: most people start weekly, then adjust as progress is made.

I currently offer sessions in English.

Of course. Many LGBTQ+ clients begin therapy simply to understand themselves better, grow emotionally, or find more peace in their everyday life.
